The MTV music Awards were definitely surprising this year. Between Rebel Wilson’s awkward, blunt and raunchy statements (and outfit), Aubrey Plaza “Kanye’ing” Will Ferrell’s award and Kesha and Snoop sharing some sort of smoke on stage, we the audience were left awkwardly amused
Fast forward to the hair and fashion, Hayley Williams of Paramore was rocking some serious spring hair, half hot pink and the other neon orange. While that is more for the bold, Selena Gomez went for a more temporary style, but just as fun, with a teased pompadour into a long braid over her shoulder.
Brittany Snow is another celebrity who recently chopped her locks into a sexy, blunt, shoulder-grazing bob. Kerry Washington looked sophisticated, flawless and fun as always, with her hair and makeup so simple and a pop of yellow from the train of her dress. Melissa McCarthy wore a black dress, layered chunky jewelery, and long loose waves- perfect. I had nightmares about Kesha, and that’s all I’m really going to say about that. I will say in conclusion, that Macklemore can do no wrong and I wish more guys had the confidence, aka SWAG, that he does.
